The Finance and Operations Human Resources Team has dual reporting to Rod Lehnertz, Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations/University Architect and Cheryl Reardon, Chief HR Officer & Associate Vice President.
The Finance and Operations HR Team provides support to all departments within the division that is comprised of various different departments/units and over 950 regular staff and approximately 550 part-time/students:

The HR team focuses its resources on supporting F & O staff and students in a way that ensures a positive employee experience that furthers the mission and vision of Finance and Operations and the University.
